Please fill in all the information required in order to register for the babysitting course.

• Registration closes 3 day prior to course date

• E-Transfers are direct deposit without the registration information we can not issue a confirmation by email for the student.                        

• E-Transfer payable to: pdbabysitting@hotmail.com

• NO telephone e-transfers will be excepted.
  

• make sure the students name and school are written in the message box of the e-transfer.
  

• For all alternate payments you will have to contact the office at 905-478-1744.

In the event that you are unable to complete the program an understanding has been reached to: a) Allow another service provider to complete the program. b) Refund the program fee on a prorated basis.
